After hitting the button the walls drop away to reveal the large area you are in. You start out in a room with every weapon available to pick up, then go into another room that will max you out on ammo. “Final Judgement” is a brand new level designed for this rerelease. Do not touch any of the other settings in this menu, because activating them stops you earning trophies. Go into the Features menu and using the top option for level select change the level to “Final Judgment” (switch levels using / then press to confirm). This password sends you to the first level but also enables the Features option in the pause menu which you need to access the lost levels. Kill her to end the level and earn this trophy. Then kill all normal Demons in the room, at which point the Mother of All Demons to come out of the platform in the middle. As soon as they spawn you can then run behind the boxes and interact with the three plates using to place the Demon keys in them and close the doors on the Demon spawning rooms. Go out into the main area and go near one of the three boxes in the middle to start enemies spawning. At any point during the game you can pause and make a save, and it will save exactly where you are with what items and what enemies alive or dead exactly in place. If you want to mess around with passwords on your own you can use the password editor here: DOOM 64 Password Editorīecause this is a new release though, the game now has a built-in save system. For the purposes of the guide, the trophies that need it have passwords listed already that take you to the required level and give the max gear where required. This is still included in the rerelease, which allows you to jump to whichever level you want with whatever loadout and items you want at the start of a level. Because of when it was released Doom 64 didn’t originally have a built-in save system on the cartridge, so you saved your progress using passwords given at the end of a level.
